We landed in Amsterdam about 8:00 AM (local time) Midnight (Boise Time). Madeline had arranged for a wheel chair for Bill, so he was met at the gate and whisked away through passport control and on to the next gate while the rest of us wandered around until we found a likely looking line to
Bill and Madeline showed up a few minutes before 7:00. We finished throwing things together, woke up our chauffeur (Kim) and headed to the airport. We did the standard ticketing/passport verification/clearing security/making our way to the gate/finding some breakfast thing and by 9:00 we were boarded and on our way to Salt Lake City. Where
